By using Duepo you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which applies to the iOS app.
Duepo is a record-keeping and calculation tool. It is not a bank, e-money issuer, remittance service, payment processor or financial adviser, and it never moves money. Any amounts shown are based only on what you and your group members type in. Settle real debts however you and your friends choose, outside the app.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for keeping your sign-in secure. Balances shown in a group are a shared record, not a legal claim.
Anyone with a group's invite link or QR code can join it and see its records. Share links only with people you trust; you can reset a link at any time. Group owners can delete a group, which removes its data for every member.
Do not use Duepo for anything unlawful, to harass others, or to store data you have no right to share.
The service is provided "as is". We aim for high availability but do not guarantee it, and we are not liable for losses arising from inaccurate entries, disputes between members, or service interruptions, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
