Duepo is a calculator and record-keeper for shared expenses and for your own business metrics. Duepo does not process, hold, send or receive money and is not connected to any bank, wallet or payment provider.
Account: your email address (or Apple sign-in identifier), the display name you choose, and any payment handles (e.g. a GCash number) you add so friends know where to pay you. Receipts: photos you attach to expenses, visible to that group. Integrations: if you connect Stripe or your own API, the read-only key you paste is stored encrypted at rest and used only to fetch monthly totals. Business: the service names and monthly MRR, revenue and sales figures you enter or import. Groups: group names, member names, expenses, splits and settlements you and your group members record. We do not collect location, contacts, photos or advertising identifiers.
When you tap the microphone, audio is transcribed by your device or Apple's speech service and only the resulting text is kept. The camera is used solely to read invite QR codes and no images are stored.
Only to run the app: to sign you in, show your numbers, sync groups between members, and compute who owes whom. We do not sell data, show ads, or use your data for advertising or tracking.
Business data is visible only to you. Group data is visible to every member of that group, including your display name and the expenses recorded in it.
Data is stored on Supabase (hosted on Amazon Web Services in the Asia-Pacific region) and protected with encryption in transit and at rest and row-level access rules.
You can export everything you own (Settings → Export my data) and delete your account at any time (Settings → Delete account). Deletion is immediate and permanent. Where you appear in groups owned by others, your name remains as a plain label so their records stay accurate; the group owner can remove it. You may also email us to exercise rights under GDPR, the Philippine Data Privacy Act, or similar laws.
Duepo is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
We will update this policy in the app and on our website when practices change. Continued use after an update means you accept the new policy.
